Destruction of Huge Quantities of counterfeit televisions in Khartoum

The Commercial Court of Khartoum executed its judgment of destruction of huge quantities of counterfeit televisions bearing the trademark LG of different sizes.
The defendant (A/A) has been caught in Um- Al Dorman Market dealing with big quantities of counterfeit televisions in his showroom and his warehouse and he was brought before the Court where a judgment has been issued for the destruction of all seized televisions on the defendant’s expenses.
Mr. Nabeel Babbiker Abdel Hafeez, the legal representative of the Korean LG Group in Sudan said that this case has been ongoing for more than a year now.
He added that we are now in the process of catching all other traders, as these counterfeit televisions is very harmful as it was not built up to the Korean Standards.
